Thank you to Book Dash for donating books for the Ihkwezilomso Creche – the children are loving them!
Book Dash is an amazing organisation in South Africa which gathers South African authors and illustrators and gets them to produce children’s story books. The books are designed to appeal to their readers, and so have wonderfully varied characters of all colours, reflecting our Rainbow Nation in South Africa. Their vision is for each child in South Africa to own 100 books before they turn 5.
African Angels has been so fortunate to receive many Book Dash books for our children and they have, in turn, been taken home, and widely shared with others.

Since they began, Book Dash has distributed
over 1 million story books to children
who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
