At the end of the year, we held a function to thank our staff for their dedication and announced the Teacher of the Year for 2020. This year it was awarded to Sibo Chiwanga, Grade 1 teacher and all-round superwoman.

“Every day that I come to work I strive to give the best in me to my learners. Teaching is a noble profession and being awarded teacher of the year came with all sorts of emotions: joy, satisfaction and humility. It was a confirmation that my effort is really appreciated at African Angels.”
